My Contribution
My focus was to be part of the marketing team that coordinated the publication and launch of the eBook.
- Working closely with all the writers and team members involved: marketing, data, product and customer success teams
- Overseeing the final production at the design and layout level
- Inclusion of the piece in different campaigns and social media articles to attract visits to the website and increase engagement in this case study
- Create a Customer Loyalty program to implement in Motive Commerce Search using the most successful working models and frameworks
Results
Case Study successful insights:
- Increased customer engagement with the product, thanks to the Suggestion Layer
- Related Tags help shoppers to refine their search with just one click on the tagged word that best aligns with the search intention
