Startup Mentor & Marketing Speaker

I started my professional journey in 2012 at AJE Asturias, the Association of Young Entrepreneurs. In the years that followed, I focused on training, advising and mentoring entrepreneurs, small technology start-ups and emerging companies in the fields of technology, marketing and agile project management or business model development.

Supporting these groups of entrepreneurs and professionals who want to start a business, especially when we are looking for a scalable, digital and product-oriented economy, is crucial and highly demanded by the early-stage startup community.

The integration of new agile and lean methodologies, not only in project management but also in defining business models and adopting a growth mindset, together with the mastery of certain marketing tools and methodologies, is beginning to add significant value to these communities.

Since then, I have started to engage with various associations, developer communities and technology ecosystems, as well as partnering with different universities to create entrepreneurship and marketing training programmes for startups and launchpads.

In 2018 and 2019, I became more actively involved in various university programmes and joined the Google Developer Groups Spain community as a local member.

Through the volunteer team, we initiated the organisation of several editions of international programs such as Google Launchpad, Google WomenTechMakers Spain and Google Dev Fest in Asturias. I participated in these events as a marketing mentor, speaker and organisational role.
